Jimmy has been often called "the John Denver of Country Gospel Music". As an award winning song writer and vocal artist, his balanced mix of “songs, hymns, and spiritual songs” continually warms the hearts of Christians. In 2003, Jimmy was voted “New Male Artist of the Year, Eastern Division” by the Country Gospel Music Association (CGMA) in Nashville, Tennessee. He then went on to win the CGMA “New Male Artist of the Year, International” in Branson, Missouri. He has since won many other awards for his singing and songwriting. Click here to see a list.
