Jimmy has often been called "the John Denver of Country Gospel Music". As an award winning songwriter and vocal artist, his balanced mix of “songs, hymns, and spiritual songs” continually warm the hearts of Christians.

In 2003, Jimmy was voted “New Male Artist of the Year, Eastern Division” by the Country Gospel Music Association (CGMA) in Nashville Tennessee. He then went on to win the CGMA “New Male Artist of the Year, International” in Branson, Missouri.

He was awarded “Songwriter of the Year” for 2004, 2005, and 2006 by CGMA. In 2007 he won the “Platinum Heart Award” for songwriting. His music ministers to the heart with a spirit of encouragement and heartfelt love for his Savior. Jimmy comes highly recommended, having ministered all across the US.

Jimmy is an encouraging and energetic speaker with the ability to move the hearts of people toward Jesus.  He has been a sought after speaker since he was a young man.  His Senior year in high school, Jimmy was awarded 1st place in a preaching competition at the ACE International Student Convention. Over the years, Jimmy has grown as a seasoned messenger of the Gospel. He will inspire your people to live authentic and healthy relationships with Christ.

Jimmy has been a camp speaker since he was in Jr. High School. As a Camp Director for 16 years, He saw hundreds of students respond to God's call.

Jimmy was a Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor for a total of 17 years. He has spoken in many different settings not only at his church but other churches as well. ( Missions, Stewardship, Families, Worship, Training workers, Bible Conferences, and etc.)

Jimmy has spoke and/or sung at many special events such as banquets, Sundays with a special Emphasis, church outings and etc.

Having been a pastor for 17 years, Jimmy understands the trust of inviting someone to fill your pulpit. He has been privileged to fill the pulpits of pastors that are on vacation, sick or for some reason are away. He loves preachers and wants to do all he can to be a blessing to them.
